Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy of ParcelGaadi
  • ParcelGaadi accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for Parcels all over Karnataka.

  • Minimum acceptable amount for COD order is Rs 100 excluding taxes and shipping charge, COD order below Rs. 100 excluding taxes and shipping charge will not be entertained and will be cancelled.

  • Maximum acceptable amount for COD order is Rs 10,000/-, COD order above Rs. 10,000/- will not be entertained and will be cancelled.

  • We will not entertain any further COD order, if previous COD order is not Delivered or returned back to us by customer.

  • We charge flat Rs. 29/- for each COD order below Rs.1,000/-. Rs. 49/- for orders up to Rs.5,000/- and Rs. 99/- for orders up to Rs.10,000/-

  • If COD is not available for any location, we will inform the customer through phone call or e-mail and update the order status.

  • The Sender agrees to indemnify ParcelGaadi in respect of any claim for any taxes, duties, penalties or interest, or similar, imposed by any state, local or central authority arising out of the collection of any COD amount.

  • ParcelGaadi may enter into agreements with third party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund and remittance and to facilitate payment between Sender and Receiver. The Website shall initiate the remittance of the payments made by the User and the date of completion of transaction shall be after the Parcels are delivered to the Receiver and such other additional time as may be agreed between Website and the Sender.

  • Sender payment will be transferred to Sender registered bank account with the ParcelGaadi once the Parcel is Delivered and Collection is made.

  • For all the COD Parcels delivered between 1st and 15th of the month (both the dates inclusive), the remittance will be done on 25th of that month, and all the shipments delivered between 16th and last day of the month (both the dates inclusive), remittance will be done on 10th of the successive month, subject to the Next Clause Here Below.

  • In case of any dispute, discrepancy, claim or any sort of confusion regarding the collection process and / or, the amount of collection, the remittances shall be stopped / with held temporarily. Remittance shall be made only after clearance of all the disputes, discrepancy or confusion.

  • All disputes and claims shall be subject to the exclusive and irrevocable jurisdiction of courts at Hubballi, Karnataka, India.
