Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy :

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website (the “Website”) and our ‘Parcelgaadi’ application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”.


No Cancellation is allowed once Order is placed. However, the Customer may choose to cancel Order only by making a call the Customer Care Number 9480838888 and placing the Request well before the Pick Up Facility by Parcelgaadi begins its process. However, subject to Customer’s previous cancellation history, Parcelgaadi reserves the right to deny any such Request, or suspension of account, as may be necessary at the sole discretion of Parcelgaadi.


All undelivered Parcels are entitled to be Returned to the Customer, provided the Customer Pays the Charges & Demurrages incurred and billed accordingly by Parcelgaadi. If the Customer doesn’t Pay the Charges & Demurrages, the particular Parcel shall be Disposed Off, as may be necessary at the sole discretion of Parcelgaadi.


Refund of Service Charges is allowed to the Customer only, if the Pick Up doesn’t happen and the Customer has already paid the Service Charges online. The Customer has to drop an email to with all the details of Order Booked, Name, Mobile Number and Bank Account Details for the Refund. The Refund is Initiated within 10 Days of the Confirmation by the Parcelgaadi Back Office, after Receipt of email request by the Customer. At No Point of Time, the Parcelgaadi is Responsible for the Value of the Parcel or its Contents.
